Patient Virtual Visits

I'm available for Health Coaching and educational (question and answer) sessions internationally and in all states but I'm limited in formal doctor-patient telehealth. I'm licensed as a chiropractor in the Cayman Islands and Texas. Some states/countries do not allow out-of-state patient virtual consultations by licensable professionals unless they have a local license.

Lifestyle medicine is a medical specialty using evidence based non-pharmaceutical interventions involving 6 pillars: eating well (a whole-food, plant-predominant eating pattern), physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, and positive social connections.
